I joined Adrian’s classes late in November 2015, loved all the variety and fun with workouts, started initially going to couple of classes a week and enjoyed them so much, starting going to much more. Each class was different and found out it was possible to go to multiple classes each week without the worry of overtraining and risking injury. Not only did they help me lose weight (lost 2 & 1/2, stone), tone up etc., but also good for my head, energy levels and productivity!
My pictures were taken approx. 1 year apart; I did watch what I ate most of time but loved my Super Macs break- out every so often 🙂 highly recommend these classes!

I started Adrian’s boxing fitness classes in January 2015, I never had stepped foot in a gym in my life, so wasn’t sure what to expect, I enjoyed the variety of exercise, atmosphere and social aspect of class. I was 15 stone In the before picture and now I’m hovering on 12 stone.  All Im doing along with classes is making my lunch for work instead of going for the tradesmen hot food counter specials, eating a lot more fruit that’s about it still have the weekend blow outs within reason. I found these classes great for complete beginner, always learning something new, so I can continue to improve and get even better results going forward!

7 years on and I’m still hooked, classes are always lively challenging and fun, Adrian’s dedication, energy and encouragement mean guaranteed results. I’ve achieved goals. I never thought possible and the best part is I always leave distressed and on a high – 100 % addictive.

I have never been a gym person and frankly always found the gym and intimidating place to be. Fitness classes to me were out of the question due to being very overweight and extremely unfit. After losing and gaining the same couple of stone a few times, I finally had had enough and wanted to do something for myself and to achieve something I never thought possible. I started out eating healthy and set a mini goal of a half stone. I also started going for a walk in the evenings after work. I kept going and when I started to see results, I joined a zumba class two evenings a week. I continued to set the mini goals of a half stone and I kept reaching them goals. A year and a half on and I’m now at seven and a half stone lost.

I started Adrian’s classes almost 6 months ago. I was still walking and doing zumba but felt I needed something else and it was very close to where I work so I had no excuse really! Even though I had lost a fair amount of weight, I had no strength in my body. I was very nervous going in as I had no idea what to expect but Adrian put me at ease straightaway. Since that first class, I have been doing from 2 – 5 classes a week and Adrian has motivated me, encouraged me and pushed me when he knows I can do better and go further. Even when I picked up a couple of injuries along the way, he adapted the class to me and focused on different exercises which allowed injuries to heal but also allowed me to continue working out.

Since starting class with Adrian, I’ve found that I really enjoy class especially after a long hard day at work. I can go to class and burn off a bit of stress instead of sitting down for the entire evening and reaching for comfort food. It’s in these classes that I can really see how far I’ve come and how much I’ve changed not only physically but mentally. I’ve stopped focusing on the numbers on the scale and am focusing more on becoming healthier, fitter and stronger. I recently participated in two of Adrian’s two hour masterclasses which I would have never thought possible

Three months ago, I wouldn’t have been able to imagine being where I am today. I was lethargic and feeling down most days, and had given up trying to get out of the endless rut I was stuck in. I was quite anxious going along to Adrian’s classes. It had been years since I properly exercised so I didn’t think I would be ‘fit enough’.

But it turned out to be just what I needed. We were welcomed and supported from the first minute. Every day I grew stronger and gained more energy. I lost 2.5 stone in three months and I’m much more confident about how I look. But weight loss is just a bonus.

The real benefit for me is the boost of energy, the return of enjoyment and complete turnabout in my life. Highly recommend these classes to anyone else caught in a rut, anxious about being a newbie or generally wanting to be a brighter fitter version of themselves.

As Im getting ready for my christmas party I get cant believe how much I have changed. And all thanks to your classes! Healthy eating helped a lot too obviously but my body started really changing after I joined your classes. Not only my body has changed but my lifestyle too. I have more energy now. The other day I did a 10 hour shift then jogged to your HIIT and was still energetic in the eve to play with my daughter. Originally when I started my goal was to lose weight as I was the heaviest I’ had ever been. I wasn’t really interested in building up my fitness level, toning up or using it as a way to de-stress. They were all added bonuses!! I have to admit, it’s great to see the weight and inches drop slowly, but steadily. I’m 40+ pounds down to date and throwing out clothes all the time, so happy days

Adrian always tries to bring the fun factor to his classes, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself laughing and smiling for most of it. Everyone that attends his classes are lovely and really easy to chat to. When we get together for nights out it’s like a big family reunion

He’s helped change my mind set and attitude towards working out and he’ll definitely push you to your limits (but never beyond). The variety of classes and exercises are fantastic too – there’s cardio, weight training, boxing drills and high intensity stuff, so something for everyone. You won’t get bored easily and you’ll work out every muscle you have (even some you didn’t know you had, trust me).

If you’ve ever joined a gym and found yourself wandering around not really knowing what to do, conscious that everyone is looking at you and never really having the motivation or discipline to push yourself as hard as you know you should be, then join the club! Honestly, finding boxercise has been the best thing I’ve done. 2+ years later I’m STILL coming to Adrian’s classes! He’s probably sick of me at this stage!
