The Best Class For You
It is very often I get callers asking me what is the best class to go to.
All classes are very effective in their own way but the best class for you, is the class you most enjoy, reason being, there is a much higher chance you will keep it up and consistency is key to success.
Here is some info explaining the different types of classes we run, it may help you decide which ones you would like join.

Class | Description |

HIIT |
Our HIIT program burns huge amount of calories in very short space of time, it’s a very fast paced class with lots of variety (free weights, body weights, cardio, core work etc.). The time flies in this class as you simply don’t have time to think, each station lasts approx. 20 – 30 sec with short rest periods, beginners are very welcome and encouraged to go at a pace that suits them, all exercises can be adapted/progressed to suit fitness levels!
This is one of the best classes for an early morning workout will most definitely wake you up, leave you feeling rejuvenated and very productive for rest of day |
Shape & Tone |
Shape & Tone classes are now very popular with both men and especially women. Strength training not only makes you stronger but also increases metabolism, burns body fat and results in a much more enhanced figure. These classes are very suitable for beginners as they can simply start off with lightest weight possible (1kg) and gradually work their way up. To get the most effective results we believe it’s much more important on how you lift than how much you lift. |
Boxercise |
Learn all the skills of boxing without the pain of getting hit!
A boxer’s body is built to be powerful, they need to be athletic, have strength, speed and agility without the bulk that could slow them down, a typical boxercise class involves: Punching pads, working the bag, skipping, explosive free weights/body weight exercises and specially designed circuits. This unique stress busting workout is lots of fun and highly addictive. In just a few weeks you will not only notice your body changing and skills improving but your energy levels will be bursting through the roof. |
Total Abs & Core |
This class is exactly what it says on the tin, focussing totally on shaping those abs and engaging the core! Of course diet is most important if you’re looking to lose body fat around midsection, but if you want to really strengthen the core (can also help prevent back injury) and develop muscles around mid-section we have literally 100’s of exercises that target that past of body and help you get in beach body shape. |
